Pass me my scepter and crown me the queen of good intentions. When the new year rolls around, I am tempted by lofty ambitions: read the classics; become a zen yoga master; mail birthday cards to everyone I know. All are aggressive, and most are hard to measure and unrealistic, which is why I have a new proposal for you. Let’s drink more Healthy Breakfast Smoothies instead, and call it a royal win!
